All Rise Membership Join or Renew Your Membership Who is Eligible? All Rise welcomes the public, Drug Courts, Veterans Treatment Courts, DWI Court, Mental Health Courts, Family Drug Court professionals and other problem-solving courts, including justice system, drug and alcohol treatment, and mental health treatment professionals. Our diverse membership includes: judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, probation and parole agents, law enforcement officers, case managers, CPS case workers, therapists, treatment professionals, court administrators, research scientists and more. The All Rise membership year runs annually from September 1 through August 31 and is now open for the current membership cycle. Annual membership is $60 per person. You can pay online or opt to have an invoice emailed to you on the payment page. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
